InfraStruXure' Manager Incident Management Module

Increase confidence in the availability of your network-critical physical infrastructure (NCPI) by adding the Incident Management Module to your APC InfraStruXure Manager. The added module enables quick and easy identification of the physical location of a problem, its logical impact and the owner responsible for problem resolution. It helps establish and confirm a policy for your organisation, ensuring the right people are notified quickly, and the response is prioritised accordingly. This enables you to take proper corrective actions to return to the normal service level quickly, with minimal impact on business activity. Incident History Reports and historical trending of alarms allow for follow-up analysis and planning. The Incident Management Module is currently available worldwide.

Remote Monitoring Service

With secure, 24-hour monitoring of your NCPI, APC's Remote Monitoring Service (RMS) provides an economical, web-based service that is easy to use. It offers the ability to respond to changes according to your escalation procedure. This will reduce the complexity of managing your NCPI and minimise the strain on internal resources, while enabling your IT and facilities managers to meet availability objectives.

  • Multi-Device Support includes single-phase and three-phase UPSs, power distribution units, cooling and environmental devices.
  • Trending Analysis shows how your NCPI is changing, enabling you to optimise availability and includes graphical co-relationship of related data points and data export functionality.
  • Event Summary Reports and Event Logging provide a description of incidents affecting the individual NCPI device/site.
  • Ticket History provides summary tracking via ticketID, date or event description.
